At Atelier Bouclier, every piece is handmade with care and intended to last a lifetime. I stand behind my work, and I am committed to offering the best possible service to every client.
Workmanship Warranty
If any item requires repair due to a defect in my craftsmanship, I will repair or replace it at no charge. You are only responsible for the cost of shipping to me and back to you.
Customer—Caused Damage
If damage occurs due to accidental wear, scratches, gouges or other factors on your end, I will still repair the piece. In most cases I will charge only for materials and labour, but for minor issues I often choose not to charge at all. My goal is always to help you keep your Bouclier piece in beautiful condition.
Misuse or Lack of Care
In the rare case of significant damage caused by misuse or insufficient maintenance, I will assess the item and provide a repair quote. I approach every situation with understanding and will always try to find the most reasonable solution.
Shipping Responsibility
For all repairs, the client is responsible for shipping the item to Hong Kong and for the return shipping cost. I recommend using a tracked and insured service for safety.
How to Request a Repair

I will reply within 48 hours with my assessment and next steps.
