The Bespoke Process
1. Initial Inquiry Use the email form below. Include as much or as little detail as you like — which of my products you like, leather preference, dimensions, buckle, monogram, occasion, or reference images.
2. Personal Consultation I review your request and reply within 1 to 2 business days. We discuss options, feasibility, and any refinements. If needed, we can arrange a call.
3. Custom Proposal You receive a detailed quotation (materials, timeline, price) and a digital sketch or material selection if applicable. No obligation at this stage.
4. Approval & Deposit Upon your approval and payment, I secure materials and begin production.
5. Making Your Piece Crafted entirely by hand in the Bouclier Atelier. You’ll receive 2 to 3 progress updates, or as needed, with photos.
6. Final Delivery After final inspection, your item is securely packaged, shipped with tracking, and includes full care instructions. Estimated lead time: 4–8 weeks (longer for highly complex or fully bespoke designs). All pieces are made to order—once production starts, changes are limited.
