Shipping Policy
We understand the importance of timely and secure delivery. Free shipping is for all orders above HK$8000. We will do our best to ship your order without undue delay after it has been completed in the Atelier. We take utmost care in packaging our products so that they reach you in good condition. If you have any specific shipping requirements, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate them. It is incumbent upon you to be aware of the laws in your country or place of delivery regarding the import of exotic skins or products made from such skins. Please inform us of any restrictions as that will directly impact our ability to deliver to you or your delivery address.
I believe in transparency and honesty. I ensure that my shipping costs are fair and reasonable, and I do not have any hidden charges. If you have any questions or concerns about my shipping policy, please contact me and I will be happy to assist you. For shipments outside of Hong Kong I typically use DHL or FedEx but I also use S.F. Express if it delivers to your location or Hong Kong Post. Please note this shipping policy is subject to the Bouclier Terms of Purchase.
